Using a person-centered approach I will collaboratively work with you to discover your inner strengths and resources so that you can flourish and grow. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space whether in person or online where you can explore and process life's challenges.

I enjoy working with all age groups, through all of life's difficulties and transitions.
COUPLES COUNSELLING:
Using Gottman and Emotion Focused Therapy Tools.
PRE-MARRIAGE COUNSELLING: I offer a pre-marriage counselling package that allows couples to examine their similarities and differences and work toward a harmonious marriage.
