I am an experienced accredited counsellor who works with individuals and couples.
Using a person-centered approach I will collaboratively work with you to discover your inner strengths and resources so that you can flourish and grow. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space whether in person or online where you can explore and process life's challenges.

Face to Face Counselling
I offer face to face counselling sessions at consulting rooms in Sale.
Online Counselling
I am able to meet clients online via zoom, but also am flexible to meet on other platforms.
Areas of Specialty
GENERAL COUNSELLING : I enjoy working with young adults through to people in their senior years, through all of life's difficulties and transitions.
COUPLES COUNSELLING: using Emotion Focused Therapy(EFT) as a foundation.
PRE-MARRIAGE COUNSELLING: I will be offering a pre-marriage counselling package that allows couples to examine their similarities and differences and work toward a harmonious marriage.

Individual Sessions:

Couples Counselling:
Initial session 90 mins - $160.00*
Regular sessions approx 50mins - $110*
